Copped 2 new rings off STEGE today. =) I wanted to get gold ones, but those were going at close to 4 times the price of each black stainless steel one.
Every now and then, I walk pass an accessory shop, I feel tempted to enlarge my piercing again. =/ Its not the majority's taste, but what can I say? I'm part of the minority afterall. I can't remember what exactly made me let my piercing close the last time though.

Nice article on a PC user migrating on to a Mac.
Quote;
" I then set up a 300 GB external drive. I had been using this on my Windows network, and I imagined it would need reformatting for the Mac. No such trouble - I simply needed to plug it in and the Mac did the rest. That's the way it is with just about everything on the Mac, you plug it in and it works. Now, none of this is news to Mac users. They have been smugly asserting for years that the Mac is better and easier. I have often criticised Apple over the years, and commented on the Mac's declining market share, but I have always acknowledged its technical superiority.
I was for many years of the opinion that Windows was good enough, and that the advantages of a much greater choice of software and the ready availability of technical support - not to mention the lower cost - made it the more sensible choice.
But I eventually tired of the endless reboots, the constant threat of viral infection, and the incredibly clunky nature of Windows. I live on my computer, for work and play, and it's important to have the best. Once the Mac went with the Intel processor, my mind was made up. "
Damn, I love Mac OSX, but its just far too expensive an indulgence for a prettyful and stable operating system. =(

Been like 7 days since I last blogged? I never used to bother with blogging, usually I'd blog when I've got something to rant about. Nonetheless, I'm here in front of my computer, making an attempt to keep my blog active.
Since a few days back, I've been seeing a lot of the new Singapore Idol trailer. I've never liked the idea of Singapore Idol. Ever since Idol season 1, I've been proclaiming my discontentment for the local competition, and apparently, birds of a feather do flock together because I've yet to come across someone who strongly disagreed.
On my way back yesterday, I was watching some show on TVMobile, I can't remember what it was, but when the show ended and this Singapore Idol MTV-like video started playing, I groaned to myself, wishing I could switch channels and not have to witness that.
As I diverted my attention to the traffic outside, I couldn't help but think about the whole situation. How many of the contestants are really superstar material? How many of them are even idol material? I glanced at the screen again, the final 7(?), they all look like normal teens and young adults making a stab at being famous. They MUST know that all this is shortlived and once the hype dies down, they'll be just another name in the crowd. Just look at what happened to their predecessors.
This reminded me of one of MrBrown's podcasts, The Singapore Fei Chang Super Campus Idol Star plus Band show episode.
"Where are they idoling now" is right. one part of the podcast;
A : So B, what have you been doing since you were in last year's Singapore Fei Chang Super Campus Idol Star plus Band show?
B : Losing weight.
A : Anything else?
B : Lose more weight lo.
A : Any new albums?
B : Got! Before photo album, and after photo album!
Can anybody say "Pffft." ?
